Host a Birthday Party With Us!

Bring nature school to your friends and family! We are excited to announce we are now offering birthday parties with Wild Beginnings Nature School. These parties are set-up like a Nature Explorers class and are available to families with children 1-5 years old! Each birthday party comes with a personalized theme you can choose from.

Themes

We’re Going on a Bear Hunt

Let’s go on a bear hunt!

This theme includes:

  • An age appropriate welcome activity (binoculars, counting bears, etc)
  • Songs
  • A short lesson about black bears
  • Read aloud of the book “We’re Going on a Bear Hunt” by Michael Rosen
  • A real bear hunt set up with obstacles around the nature classroom!
  • The bear hunt ends with a “cave” with a bear inside that is customized by Wild Beginnings Nature School and the birthday child gets to keep!
  • After the bear hunt, we offer about 20 minutes of unstructured free play.
  • We wrap up the party with snacks and tea and then a we sing our goodbye song!

Forest Fairy Tea Party

Embrace the fairy magic of the forest!

This theme includes:

  • A craft (making wands or crowns)
  • Songs
  • A short Waldorf-themed story about fairies
  • A potion making station!
  • We offer about 15 minutes of unstructured free play.
  • We wrap up the party with a little tea party with snacks and then we sing our goodbye song!

Adventure

Come explore the great outdoors!

This theme includes:

  • A welcome activity such as using compasses, making binoculars, etc.
  • Songs
  • A fun story about finding treasure
  • A treasure hunt! The kids will receive a map and compass and work together to find the treasure hidden in the forest.
  • The birthday child gets to keep the treasure chest and the treasure!
  • We offer about 20 minutes of unstructured free play
  • We finish class with snacks and tea and then we sing our goodbye song!

  • A Wild Beginnings Nature Teacher
  • 15 children (an adult is required to accompany each child)
  • 30 minutes of set-up time
  • 1.5 hours of party time
  • 15 minutes of clean-up time
  • Lesson materials

  • Goodie bag swag (Wild Beginnings stickers, a coupon, and magnifying glasses or sunglasses) to add to your goodie bags
